Tails,Tentacles.........



I tried to remake a tentacle procedural rig from this great web page

I used the formula just as the author did. And result turns out great!

Because lacking the knowledge of scripting , So I have to manually copy&paste the expressions on every single bone.
Anyway it works! And please do try this at home ^^

Smoke again


This ICE smoke effect is a try out  on paremeters of my smoking compoud.
I think the hardest part for creating such effect is to get familar with thoese parameter you made yourself.

This effect was accidentally created while I was trying to make flames but turn out to be smoke.
Well you never know until you try and error.

wheels stay on ground!



Simple test I made for keeping the vehicle’s wheel automatically staying on ground and rotate along the traveling distance.

ICE water condensation


A test that I did simulating water condensation with ICE .
I would like try to do a production render to see the outcome as the tutorial did .
But I think I need to wait until my 9 year old computer retired befor doing these tasks

Crunching out the maxium amount of pixel

It is a practice for bringing out the best quality in a large game environment asset. So here is the work.

ZB first try

This is my first formal doodle on Zbrush~~
because lack of experience on this new tool, some irreversible mistake has been made during the process, such as topology unevenly distribute which caused the creature to have weird palm. Also, wrong type of horn was added to the creature.

anyway~the concept of the beast came from War CraftIII ~~but I guess I messed it up. ><

Since this is a doodle with mistake, so I will just stop working further on this; and keep the way it is . before it gets ruined by my headless thinking~

A scropion finished in late 2006~

This is a fully rigged scropion I did in my spare time.
It was also used for getting my Softimage class 101 certification.
